Step 1 : E-Application (Registration of Interest)
Objective of E-Application is to obtain a Ballot Queue Number & Booking Timeslot.
During or Before the official Preview Week, interested applicants are to submit a Manual E-app Form. This questionnaire assesses your eligibility to purchase your preferred EC.
Upon successful submission of E-app (a unique Registration No. and Letter of Acknowledgement will be generated which requires your Signature), you will secure a place in the Ballot Pool.
Step 2 : Showflat Viewing , Ballot Results & Price Release
Applicants who have received their unique Registration No. will be able to receive the Price List a few days prior to Booking Day.
Step 3 : Booking Day (Selection Day) – Booking sequence is strictly according to Ballot Queue
Prior to Booking Day, it is advisable to shortlist up to 15-30 preferred units. This will ensure that when it is your turn to book, you are able to make a decision on the spot, matching your shortlisted units list with the remaining available units.
On Booking Day, arrive at the showflat 45 minutes before your allocated Timeslot.
Required:
- Letter of Acknowledgement (which you have signed during the official E-app Week)
- Original NRIC of both Applicants
- Presence of both Applicants (if either Applicant is absent, Proxy Form is required)
- 5% Booking Fee (Payment by Cheque or Cashier’s Order)
