Aurelle of Tampines EC is the second executive condominium launched in Tampines North. Sim Lian Land and Sim Lian Development secured the site for Aurelle of Tampines with a top bid of S$543.28 million, equivalent to $721 psf ppr, in October 2023. This site area of 301,392 sq ft is estimated to yield approximately 760 EC units for prospective homebuyers. This new launch EC follows the success of Tenet in 2022, which signals a strong interest in the precinct. The 618-unit EC sold 72.3% of units on launch weekend in 2022.
